Who We Are and Why We Exist
Born from frustration with a system that should help, not hinder.
In 2019, our founder spent six months helping her elderly father navigate Centrelink. He was entitled to three separate benefits but didn't know it. The process was so convoluted that even with her help, applications were rejected twice due to minor paperwork errors.
That experience revealed a fundamental problem. The people who most need government support are often the least equipped to navigate the bureaucratic maze required to get it.

What We Discovered
Through research and conversations with hundreds of Australians, we found consistent patterns. People weren't lazy or ignorant. They were overwhelmed.
Government forms use language designed for policy makers, not everyday citizens. Online portals have conflicting information. Phone wait times stretch for hours. And one small mistake can delay benefits for months.
Meanwhile, the people struggling most with applications are exactly those who can't afford delays: single parents between paychecks, people with disabilities managing health issues, retirees on fixed incomes.
